Terms of Service

1. Eligibility and Account Registration

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of forming a binding commercial contract in your country of residence to use Eazidek. You are responsible for ensuring that the business, tax and banking information provided during onboarding is accurate, and for maintaining confidentiality over your authentication credentials and staff access roles.

2. Description of the Service

Eazidek is a unified commerce management platform built for merchants across Africa. Features include branded WhatsApp PDF invoicing, direct bank transfer and cash sales reconciliation, barcode inventory tracking, cashier till auditing, multi-branch synchronisation and daily net profit analytics.

Customer payments for your goods and services settle directly into your own merchant bank accounts or cash registers. They are not processed by Paystack, and Eazidek never holds them.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for money laundering, fraudulent billing or illicit trade in violation of applicable law.
• Attempt unauthorised penetration testing, database scraping or circumvention of tenant-isolated security controls.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
• Reverse-engineer, sublicense or white-label Eazidek software without express written authorisation from Eazidek Technologies.

4. Subscription and Payments

Software subscription plans are billed through Paystack and any additional payment providers that may be introduced. Subscriptions renew automatically at the selected billing interval, monthly or annually, until cancelled from your workspace billing dashboard. All paid features remain active through the end of the paid billing period.

5. Ownership of Merchant Data

You retain full intellectual property ownership of all customer lists, invoices, inventory records and financial ledgers entered into your workspace (“Your Data”). Eazidek Technologies holds no proprietary claim over your business assets.

6. Limitation of Liability and Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, where Eazidek Technologies is incorporated. Merchants in other African jurisdictions also remain subject to their local commercial laws. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Nigerian courts under the Companies and Allied Matters Act 2020, unless otherwise required by mandatory local law.
